Game modes
Every mode starts the same way: pick your fighter (or team), confirm, and fight. Click a mode below to launch straight into it.
STAGE MODE
Fight through eight themed stages, three waves each, from the plains to the throne room. Take one to three fighters and switch between them mid-fight.
Play Stage Mode →ARCADE
A six-duel ladder of rising difficulty that ends with a boss. Lose once and the run is over; win, and the next challenger steps up.
Play Arcade →VERSUS CPU
A straight one-on-one against the computer, best of three rounds. Great for learning a fighter's specials.
Play Versus →TEAM BATTLE
Strict 2v2. Choose two fighters for your side and swap between them as the fight swings. Downed teammates can be revived.
Play Team Battle →SURVIVAL
Endless waves that grow in number and strength, with a boss every fifth wave. How long can your team last?
Play Survival →TRAINING
A pressure-free sandbox: infinite HP and MP, and a dummy that keeps coming back so you can practise combos and specials for as long as you like.
Play Training →ONLINE 1V1
Host to get a four-letter team code, then share it. Your opponent joins with the code and you fight a live one-on-one. On a host without the match server, use DIRECT LINK instead: swap one copy/pasted code and play peer-to-peer.
Play Online 1v1 →HOW TO PLAY
The quick-reference sheet for movement, attacking, grabbing and the special-move button combinations.
Open the guide →Fighters
The character-select screen holds the whole roster. The ten standard fighters are the balanced picks; the unlockables and bosses are all playable too, ready to be tested against the CPU.

Controls
The default is keyboard only, so a hovering mouse never interferes. Turn the mouse on from the main-menu settings if you prefer cursor steering.

Specials cost MP, the blue bar. MP refills as you land hits, so keep the pressure on.
Devices
Built for a 16:9 landscape screen and played on the device you already have.
DESKTOP & LAPTOP
Keyboard is the default. Optional cursor steering, a fullscreen toggle, and quality settings for older machines.
PHONES
Rotate to landscape. A floating thumb stick appears wherever you touch the left side, with dedicated attack, jump, block and special buttons.
TABLETS
Touch controls scale with the screen, so the buttons stay thumb-sized on a larger display.
GAMEPADS
Any standard-mapping controller works, on desktop or mobile. The D-pad and stick navigate menus too.
FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. Everything runs in the browser with no download, install or account.
Do I need a controller?
No. Keyboard, mouse, touch and gamepad are all supported.
Can I really pick the bosses?
Yes. Louis EX, Justin, Firzen, Julian and the grunts are all on the character-select screen.
How does online play work?
Host to get a four-character team code, share it, and your opponent joins. Each player's fighter is simulated on their own device so there is no server delay in the fight. If the page is hosted without the match server, choose DIRECT LINK: one player creates a code, the other pastes it and sends back a reply, and the two browsers connect peer-to-peer.
